Diversity in Technology: Knowledge and stories from the ecosystem
November 6 @ 9:00 am – 4:00 pm

Diversity Requires Responsibility. Not Assumptions.
How do we make diversity a real part of our practice, not just an ambition?
On November 6, you are invited to a seminar “Diversity in Technology: Knowledge and stories from the ecosystem” at Carlsberg Academy in Copenhagen.
We will present the results of our three-year Semper Ardens Accelerate research project on diversity work within tech entrepreneurship and education, and share concrete tools for creating real change in practice.
A central insight from the project is the importance of taking responsibility for change: Organisations do not become socially diverse on their own. It requires ownership, structures, and the willingness to rethink how we work, connect, and make decisions.
Expect new insights on how ‘diversity’ is understood and practised in Danish tech start-ups and engineering education— and invite you to take part in shaping the next chapter for diversity in the tech field.
What to expect:
- Key findings from the Diversity in Technology project.
- Engaging presentations and artistic contributions.
- Roundtable co-creation sessions focused on future initiatives.
- Plenty of opportunity to engage in dialogue with other attendees
Breakfast, lunch, coffee, and snacks included (vegetarian as well)
